Works

Writing stories since she was five years old, Courtney Joy has always been keen to tell stories.

Her first short story publication was in February 2014, in the third edition of a local Perth publication in Western Australia called Regime Magazine.

Her thought-provoking story, credited under Courtney Pascoe, is called Our little talks. It explores grief and follows a young woman unable to sleep, hearing every little sound, as she listens out for the heartbeat of the baby she lost to a miscarriage.

In 2020, Courtney Joy was gifted time to pursue her love of long-form fiction with the birth of her son, Robin. She has completed her first full-length manuscript and is preparing to embark on her next writing project. Sit tight for updates
